About Us
Located in Minnesota, Battalion Bat Company was founded on a passion for baseball and love craftsmanship. Made by ballplayers for ballplayers, our goal is to give hitters an unmatched sense of feel and confidence for each at bat knowing they have the highest quality handcrafted and personalized product.
The Process
The most important factor in producing a high quality wood bat is wood selection. We use only the highest quality prime grade hand split wood billets sourced from from upstate New York to ensure all of our bats meet pro standards and pass the MLB slope of grain ink dot test. Once the billets are selected they are then hand loaded and turned on a multi pass CNC lathe that will produce the truest, straightest, most consistent bats possible with zero wobble. Our bats then go through our Proprietary Pro HD finishing process to make the hardest hitting surface and customized to players specifications.
